西安将启用防伪公章 读卡器一刷可知单位真实情况

为了防止私刻公章违法犯罪的行为，从今年起,将启用新型防伪公章，每枚章子都植入了防伪芯片，并且具有独一无二的13位编码和印章“指纹”。
记者了解到，凡是需要用公章的地方，基本都要换成这种智能防伪章。而具体要换的公章有财务专用章、发票专用章、合同专用章以法人名章。西安市公安局治安管理局的民警告诉记者,这样防伪公章真的很高端，在不久的将来,还可以上网查真伪。
西安市公安局治安管理局民警魏忠惠：他的印模上除了13位的防伪编码，网络上,电话上都可以查到的，下来就是印记随即印记防伪，它就是唯一的，再就是只能芯片印章，所谓智能芯片他就是在章子的尾部，他有智能芯片，就包括这枚章子单位的信息他都在里边。读卡器一刷就可以知道这个单位的真实情况。
