北京推防伪印章根治非法刻章

过去年在全市范围内推行新型防伪印章，北京市非法刻制印章问题已得到彻底根治。
据介绍，通过近两年时间的研发，北京市自去年5月推出集电子化审批流程、防伪验证、留存印鉴备查、比对报警等多项功能的新印章系统，并在前期试点基础上，在全市进行推广。新型的防伪印章采用了四项防伪措施，包括在每枚公章的章面上统一刻制13位印章编码，使用单位可以通过北京市公安局印章审批语音查询电话来辨别印章是否经过公安机关审批。
